Training
Winter 2022 Volunteers
Weekly live training sessions, every Sunday 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM PT:
Jan. 23rd — Introduction & Fundamentals; Filing Requirements, Status, & Dependency- Jan. 30th — Income
- Feb. 6th — Deductions/Adjustments, Credits, & CA 540
- Feb. 13th — Foreign Students
- Feb. 27th — Practice Material & Scenarios on TaxSlayer
- Week 9 TBD — Special Tax Workshop
- Tentative TBD — Mock Site
*** Because training sessions are condensed to only 5 weeks in Winter quarter, attendance is mandatory and will be tracked throughout the quarter. ***
Please email us at vitauclavolunteer@gmail.com if you are unable to attend a live training session or if you have any questions or concerns.
Weekly quizzes for each training session, due every Sunday at 6:29 PM PT (before the next week’s training session).
Office hours will provide volunteers the opportunity to ask any questions not covered during training or to become familiar with the board members.
Office hours are held on Sundays from 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM (right before each training session).
Recordings
** Recordings will be posted following each live training session.
