Frequently Asked Questions

Appointments and Walk-Ins

We accept walk-ins, but due to limited time and availability on each day, we cannot guarantee walk-ins will be served. If you do not make an appointment, closing times for walk-ins may vary depending on number of clients.

***Highly recommended: Please schedule an appointment with us before arriving at our tax site.

Note (4/4/2023): We are no longer accepting walk-ins due to capacity constraints. Please visit the IRS website for more options.

Please complete the 2022 Tax Return Appointments form when it becomes available and select the date/time for an appointment. You will receive an email confirmation after successfully submitting the form.

Note (4/4/2023): We are no longer accepting walk-ins due to capacity constraints. Please visit the IRS website for more options.

Due to our high demand as we get closer to the filing deadline, appointments are limited and go quickly. You are welcome to walk-in; however, we cannot guarantee walk-ins will be served. We recommend you come as early as possible, since appointments have priority.

Note (4/4/2023): We are no longer accepting walk-ins due to capacity constraints. Please visit the IRS website for more options.

We usually stop accepting walk-ins 1-2 hour before tax site closes. This is because the filing process is usually very lengthy, and we want to ensure accuracy and quality when filing returns for clients. Closing times for walk-ins vary per day depending on the number of clients we are servicing.

Note (4/4/2023): We are no longer accepting walk-ins due to capacity constraints. Please visit the IRS website for more options.
